We demand that background Checks are carried out on all Staff, prior to recruitment. This includes Criminal Records Bureau Checks, Reference Checks and Medical Checks.
Further to this, we ensure that all relevant Licensing and Insurances are in place in the event of an unforeseen circumstance arising.
Together with this, we conduct and encourage regular training of All Staff, in their respective areas. This ensures that each individual’s skill-set is kept up to date and enhanced regularly, leading to improvement of all-round Service.
We regularly monitor and measure all rides delivered by Our Affiliates to check that they meet our Strict SLA’s. Any issues that may arise are followed up promptly and thoroughly.
